Weight 288.4 Pounds

Body Fat Percentage: 35.4%

Well, body fat percentage went up which indicates that at least some of this weight loss is water. But, I am below 290 again, that is nice.

I’m getting the tail spin back under control. Now to stick to this without messing up again.

Body Fat Percentage 34.1 %

Finally the weight is trending back down for real. I am going to have to not let myself have days like saturday where I over eat and do almost no exercise.

Total ~ 1263 Calories

Well I came in close to the goal today, I kinda wished I hadn’t had the soy milk again, but oh well, things will become easier once I run out of stir-fry. The servings are big but so are the calories.

Well I didn’t do too badly, I kinda wish I hadn’t had the soy milk, since with that I went slightly over and because coming in 117 Calories under would have been good but oh well.

Body Fat Percentage: 35%

Bloody hell, still going up, I find this annoying. I am hoping that all of this is water weight or something. That somehow I have been losing a lot of water and after relay for life my body is hanging on to every scrap of dihydrogen monoxide it can find.

Stir Fry Recipe

So this is my first recipe post. To be honest it might annoy a few people because when I am cooking I rarely measure out herbs and spices I just sprinkle in what looks appropriate and go from there. I also rarely weigh out ingredients before hand, in fact the only reason I weighed them out these days is because I need the weights to calculate out the calories in the recipe.

Body Fat Percentage: 34.3 %

Well this is an annoyingly large rebound from yesterday, I am sure some of it is how much I ate but I think that some of it is just my body over compensating in terms of water uptake. Here is hoping it trends back down.
